Exchanges and Returns

At ILEAO, all pieces are handcrafted and made to order, which means we do not offer refunds or direct exchanges. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit.

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card, which you can use on any future order from our online shop.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Item must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns are only available for orders shipped within Canada.
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• One-of-a-kind pieces are final sale unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out at contact@ileao.studio within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds, cancellations and order changes

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ileao.studio, we'll do our best to help.
