Warranty
ILEAO pieces are designed to last, and I make sure to give them all the love and care they deserve. However, accidents can happen. That’s why every piece also comes with a 3-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This includes issues like faulty soldering, broken clasps, or structural problems that occur under normal wear.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Natural tarnishing or patina (especially for silver and brass)
- Scratches, bending, or broken parts due to improper storage or accidents
- Damage caused by water, humidity, perfumes, or harsh chemicals
- Lost or stolen items
To be eligible for the warranty, the piece must have been used in line with the care guide provided.
Whenever possible, I’ll prioritize free repairs over replacements — each case is evaluated individually, and I reserve the right to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
How to submit a warranty claim
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to contact@ileao.studio with:
- your order number and proof of purchase
- clear photos of the issue
- a brief description of the problem
If your claim is approved, your piece will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
