Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, after which each piece is carefully handcrafted over 1 to 2 weeks. I appreciate your patience, and if you need something by a strict deadline, feel free to reach out so I can accommodate your request. One-of-a-kind pieces and ready to ship pieces will ship within 1 to 5 business days from the order date.
- Estimated delivery times after production : Canada 1 to 7 business days , USA 4 to 8 business days, international 6 to 12 days business days.
- Orders ship once a week.
Once you order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping costs
- All orders above 350$CAD qualify for FREE standard shipping within CANADA and the US.
- For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, different options available (express or standard).
Lost or stolen packages
ILEAO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders include a tracking number, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or select the signature option at checkout for added security.
Duties and taxes
For international orders, custom fees, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are determined by your country's customs regulations. I recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
